If you regret your purchase, please return the package in the same condition as you received it upon receipt. It is important that the original packaging/box of the item is not damaged. We reserve the right to reject a package if the packaging of the item is damaged and can not be resold.
Please note that your withdrawal period is 14 days when you shop online. Your withdrawal period only starts when you receive the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any expenses we may incur when returning the item.
Exchange / return
If you want to exchange an item for another size or another item, simply order a return label via our return page, and write what it is to be exchanged for, we will also take care of the rest (calm. APS does not pay for returns)
If you want to return the purchased item and get your money back, you must pay for the return shipping yourself. You follow the above procedure again and receive a return label. Please note that we charge a fee of 65 DKK.
NOTE! We can only refund money to the payment card used when purchasing the item.

Right of complaint
All traded goods are covered by Danish purchase legislation, which gives a two-year complaint period. The right of complaint does not apply to goods that are defective due to wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear. Packages sent on COD are not accepted.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation, the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to email@example.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
