We ship worldwide to the countries available during checkout.
Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
DENMARK
For deliveries within Denmark, available shipping methods may include:
GLS Parcel Shop: 65 DKK
GLS Home Delivery: 80 DKK
GLS Business Delivery: 80 DKK
Shipping is free on orders above 1,000 DKK, or the equivalent amount in another currency, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Estimated delivery time within Denmark is normally 1–2 business days after dispatch.
EUROPEAN UNION
Orders within the European Union will normally arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders outside the European Union will normally arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders delivered outside the European Union, your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs fees or handling charges.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
CALM. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking the applicable import rules in your country before placing an order.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If you refuse delivery, fail to collect your parcel, provide incorrect delivery information or otherwise cause the parcel to be returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable return shipping and handling costs from your refund where permitted by law.
If an order is returned to us because the customer refuses to pay customs duties or import charges, any costs incurred in connection with the return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carriers, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
