How do I know that my order has been registered?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from CALM. Please note that this confirmation email does not include your invoice.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a separate email with your tracking information. This allows you to follow your parcel and see the expected delivery time.
Your invoice will serve as your receipt for the purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your order as long as the item(s) have not entered the packaging or shipping stage.
If you wish to make changes to your order, or cancel it entirely, please contact CALM at help@c-alm.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Where are CALM shipping from?
All orders from CALM are shipped from Denmark, Europe.

Free shipping on orders above 1,500 DKK | 240 USD | 200 EUR

When is my order shipped?
At CALM, we aim to ship all orders placed before 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday, the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email with your shipping details and tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
• 1–2 business days for domestic orders
• 3–5 business days for international orders
Is VAT included?
Yes, VAT is included on all orders within the EU. We ship from Copenhagen, Denmark, and there are no additional duties or fees for deliveries within the EU.
Outside the EU:
• USA: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are covered by CALM, so there are no surprise fees.
• UK: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, meaning nothing is due upon delivery.
• Other countries: Local duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as CALM cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact CALM as soon as possible at help@c-alm.com.
Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly. Once we have assessed the case, we will guide you on the next steps and make sure the matter is resolved as smoothly as possible.
