Ordering and Payment
I have an item in my basket - when/how long is it reserved?
The items you add to your cart are not reserved until you have completed the payment. Therefore, during busy periods such as releases and sale, we recommend that you place the order as soon as you have found what you are looking for.
How do I find the right size?
We do our best to guide you in describing each product. If you need to pay attention to the size of a product, it will be written in bold in the description.
If you have questions beyond what we have described, you are welcome to contact us.
How do I know that my order has been ordered correctly?
You will receive an order confirmation by email with your order number as soon as you have ordered your order correctly. If you do not receive anything, check the spam filter in your email. Or you can contact us with the full name written on the order, then we can find the order in our system.
Therefore, always make sure that you enter all your information correctly when ordering.
It is not possible for us to change your email address if you have typed it incorrectly.
What types of payments can I use on your site?
You can make use of:

If you want to use other card types, you must link them to your PayPal account.
All purchases through c-alm.com are made via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. We therefore do not have access to your account information. Only Nets has access to your data. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential and will never be passed on to others.
My order has been canceled, but amounts are still reserved on my card?
If you have paid with Dankort/Visa Dankort, it takes 1-2 days to have the reservation of the amount removed. Unfortunately, this is not something we can speed up, but you can always contact your bank for more information.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order. If you want to change size or similar, place a new order. We can delete an order for you as long as you have not received an invoice or shipment confirmation.
Write to email@example.com with your order number if you want to have your order canceled. We can cancel your order as long as you have not received an invoice or shipping confirmation.
How long is the delivery time?
If your order is to be sent to an address in Denmark, it takes 1-2 working days from the package sent. We will send you a tracking number so you can follow the package all the way.
EU shipments must be expected and a delivery time of 3-5 days.
Other abroad - 5-7 days,
We strive to ship all orders placed before 12 the same day.

What does delivery cost?
calm. offers free shipping on purchases over DKK 1,000 or equivalent converted into other currencies.

Norway - 200 NOK (Incl. Customs clearance)

My tracking is blank/stopped?
It can take up to 24 hours for your package to be shipped and registered in the tracking system.
We do everything we can to pack you order, so you can get your package as soon as possible. Every day we get pick up on finished packages, but we continue to work on handling orders after the packages have been picked up by the shipping companies. Therefore, it may take a day before your package is registered in the freight companies' systems.
Exchange & Return
What are my options for exchanging my order?
You have 30 days to decide if the size/color or other details are as they should be.
If you would like to exchange your order, please do so by return shipment.
If you would like to send your item for exchange with us, you must contact us by mail. It is always free to send back if you exchange your order.
We want to ensure that you get your new package quickly, so feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - with your order number, as well as the item you want to exchange for. Then we will reserve it for you.
You cannot exchange for an item with a higher value than the one you received.
How are my options for returning and refunding my order?
You have 30 days to decide if your order is for you.
You are welcome to send your order back to us again. It just requires that you contact us on mail - email@example.com. It costs DKK 65 to return an item unless you want to exchange the item for another.
You are welcome to send the package to us with another shipping method, however, we always recommend that you can track your package so that nothing is lost. This is at your own risk.
The amount refunded will always be credited to the account used to pay for the order. This cannot be deviated from for safety reasons.
