Terms & Conditions
As soon as an item order is registered with us, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. However, be aware that this is not the same as an invoice. You will subsequently receive this invoice by e-mail when your purchase has been completed and it is this that is valid as your receipt. When we ship your item, we also send an email with a link to the GLS Track & Trace function, so you can track the shipment. Note that it may take a few hours for the GLS to scan the package.
In case of discrepancies with our stock or price errors and we unexpectedly cannot deliver your order, you will be contacted by phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel your order/order in case the stock or price was incorrect at the time of ordering.
When ordering a larger order, you can be contacted for payment of freight other than stated. If you have questions about this, contact us at Support@c-alm.com.
If you regret your purchase, please return the package in the same condition as you received it upon receipt. It is important that the item's original packaging/box is not damaged. We reserve the right to reject a package if the packaging of the item is damaged and cannot be resold.
Please note that your withdrawal period is 30 days when you shop online. Your cancellation period only starts when you receive the item. The withdrawal period is complied with if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any expenses we may incur in returning the item.
Exchange / return
If you want to exchange an item for another size or another item, just contact us (info can be found below). We will then send a return label, which is put on the packaging and the package is delivered at the Post Office or in the Parcel Box.
Calm. pays the return shipping when you choose to exchange.
If you want to return the purchased item and get your money back, you must pay for the return shipping yourself. You follow the above procedure again and receive a return label. Please note that we charge a fee of 65 DKK.
We can only refund money to the payment card used when purchasing the item.

calm receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. Tax (25%).
calm uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
For security reasons, we can only refund money for an item to the payment card or PayPal account that was also used at the time of purchase.
Delivery / Shipping
(Shipping is free with purchases from 1000 DKK or equivalent, converted into another currency)
When delivering in Denmark, we offer several ways in which you can have your package delivered:
GLS Home delivery (the package is delivered to the private address) 65 DKK
GLS Business Delivery (the package is delivered to the workplace) 65 DKK
GLS pakkeshop (you choose the delivery location and the package is delivered to the selected Pakkeshop) 65 DKK
All parcels are sent by insured parcel post through GLS.
Delivery time is usually 5-10 days. Upon shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace shipping number so you can track and track your package.
For shipments to other EU countries and abroad, a delivery time of 5-10 days.
Right to claim
All traded goods are covered by Danish purchase legislation, which provides a one-year complaint period. The right of appeal does not apply to goods that are defective due to wear or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary slipping. In case of complaint, errors, and defects or in the case of non-delivery, contact us as soon as possible:

Packages sent by COD are not accepted.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and after cancellation, the shipment must be made within 14 days of return.
The message must give per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only responsible for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is different handling than what is necessary to determine the item's art, properties, and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on different commercial value.
To receive the full returned purchase amount, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You can try the item but not take the one I actually need.
Personal data policy at calm.
We only collect personal data in cases where this should be relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at calm.
When collecting, processing, and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.
We will only store your personal data as long as we are either subject to a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
Information we collect
We can inform you about e.g. name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if it varies from postal address), telephone number, and payment information.
Calm collects and processes your personal data when you predict the following:
- Visit our website
- Completes purchase of our products
- Sign up for our newsletter
- Sends us questions, complaints, or feedback
The data controller
The data controller for the collection, processing, and use of your personal information at www.c-alm.com is calm.
Basis of treatment and purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for this product or service, we collect this name, eat card data, and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and processing of the agreement entered into. Upon completion of payments, some of your data will be passed on to ePay, including information needed to complete or support payments, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us this consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up for and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to sign up. If the processing of personal data is based on this consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Eat information (except your email address if you have given consent to its processing with the need to receive offers) will be deleted 6 months after you have received your item or service.
Other recipients of personal information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We have our website at http://shopify.com and a payment system through ePay that acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in http: //shopify.com's data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data are complied with.
As a registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure at all times. You have the right to request us the following:
- By accessing and correcting/changing your personal data
- To have personal data deleted
In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
